Delivery Policy
At Foodwise Croydon, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our delivery policy below before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. If you have a special delivery request or live in a remote area, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery Options and Costs
We offer the following delivery options:

1–3 Working Days Delivery: £9.99
Your order should arrive within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. -
Next Day Delivery: £15.99
For urgent orders, select Next Day Delivery to receive your items on the next working day after dispatch.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed on the same day once payment has been successfully confirmed, provided the order is placed before 8:00 PM.
Please note that processing times may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, or due to unexpected circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to contact you.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details, where available. You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect address details, failed access, or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in line with our Returns and Refund Policy.
7. Fresh and Perishable Products
For fresh or perishable items, we strongly recommend choosing Next Day Delivery where available.
Once delivered, fresh products should be checked immediately and stored, chilled, or consumed as appropriate to maintain quality and freshness.
