Return & Refund Policy

At Foodwise Croydon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a serious issue with your order, this policy explains when returns and refunds may be accepted and how the process works.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused
  • be in its original packaging
  • be in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

In some cases, where the item is of low value or where returning it is not practical, we may decide that the item does not need to be sent back. If appropriate, we may send a replacement instead at no extra cost.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered where there is a major defect, serious issue, or another valid reason accepted by us after review.

Refunds are generally processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by us, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • perishable goods, including fresh produce
  • items with only minor issues
  • items that have been used, opened, or not kept in their original condition
  • items returned outside the allowed return period

6. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may ask for photos and order details to help us review the issue quickly. Where your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

7. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 working days, or less, for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
